I’ve spent my entire career working in technology and nothing pisses me off more than legalize written by lawyers that do nothing to explain what it is that we expect from you and what you should expect from us.  I understand why big companies like Facebook and Twitter have huge teams of lawyers (it’s a CYA thing – I get it) but I still don’t understand why something like the Terms of Use and Privacy policy can’t be straight forward and make sense to everybody involved.  So as another way to put our money where our mouth is – I’ve written our Terms of Use.  If you don’t understand them you probably shouldn’t be surfing the web or be allowed to have a credit card (but that’s another blog post).  We hope you appreciate our straight forwardness here and choose to do business with us in the future because of it!
