After yesterday’s post I had slight pang of guilt because I didn’t want to come off like the the photo shoot was a huge cluster f*ck or anything. It was anything but. Yes, it did take us a bit to get going and up to speed but once we hit our rhythm we got a lot of awesome photos – and that will certainly show in the end.

The reason that the shoot ultimately ended up turning out really well was because we had a great group of people running around and working their assess off to make it happen. Hopefully they heard and saw the graciousness in my voice and actions on Saturday because without all these people there is no way this would have happened! And today is the day that I tell them thanks here on the Sexy Lime blog so they can get a little extra run for their work – because they all deserve it!
Jason Howard – Throughout this whole process (Jason and I have been working on doing this shoot since May or June) he and I have become friends and I appreciate all his advice and encouragement throughout the months. Jason is a great guy (although we do have to chat about the 1AM phone calls but that is a different story) great photographer and ultimately I’m psyched about our choice in photographer for Sexy Lime. I don’t know how many times he told me – “Sexy Bikinis, Sexy Models and Sexy Photos” and this will be huge. Lots of those talks came when I was struggling with something stupid like a broken cover stitch machine or some other minutia but he always was focused on the end, which was exactly what we need. Thanks Jas – I appreciate everything!!
Lisa Pure – Lisa and Marco were the most amazing hosts and basically let us take over their beautiful house out here on Long Island to shoot. Marco was jumping in and helping out, Lisa was keeping the music rolling and eventually we talked her into a couple of sexy bikinis for the catalog and both of them could not have been more gracious with us turning their home into a photo studio for the day! Thanks again to you both – you were awesome!
Kenny Campos – When we got to the shoot Kenny introduced himself as “I’m Kenny Campos…from Twitter”. Funny how our world has changed but Kenny was right and he knew that is how I’d know him! Kenny was a champ on Saturday…basically doing anything and everything that needed to be done. Keeping the girls rolling. Moving this. Fixing that. Shooting photos and most importantly keeping Jason in line. You name it, he was doing it. I think Kenny was a big fan of the Brazilian bikinis but either way, he gets about 25 stars in my book. I’d work with this guy again, any day!
Munkey Town Productions – The guys from Munkey Town where the equivalent of a video/photo Swiss army knife. These guys were doing video, shooting photos, getting stuff setup, moving gear around – they were awesome! And they all were just plain great dudes to boot. We had a couple of models that we had to shoot in some pretty risqué, micro bikinis and they were kind enough to stay out of the way while those sets were going on without a question. Anything we needed these guys did. I can’t wait to see their videos – I’m sure they are going to be awesome!! Thanks again Munkey Town!
That’s enough for Vol. 2 tonight. Tomorrow night, a little run down of all the sexy models that rocked our bikinis!
